2017 Online Registration
The Northland Youth Cheerleading Camp uses our website to employ a 3-step camp registration process:
- Step 1 - Accept The Camper and Guardian Waiver/Agreement on this page
- Step 2 - Complete the Camp Online Registration Form
- Step 3 - Pay the Camp Registration Fees
Once you have successfully completed all 3 steps of our registration process you will receive an email receipt confirming your registration and payment. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us by clicking here.
Step 1 - Agree To Camper and Guardian Agreement/Waiver
Camper and Guardian Agreement/Waiver
I have read and I fully accept the terms and conditions described on the and on the camp website at including the cancellation and refund policies. I understand that the Northland Youth Cheerleading Camp Staff will do everything in their power to avoid any injury to all campers. I understand that a certified athletic trainer/physician will be on duty at the camp. I am fully aware that playing or practicing cheerleading or any sport involves risk of injury/illness. I understand that because of the nature of the sport, contact and physical exertion will occur during this camp and that injury during practice at camp because of contact or physical exertion is possible. In return for my child ("Participant") being allowed to participate in the camp, I release and agree not to sue any of the other campers at the camp, Park Hill High School, Park Hill School District, Northland Youth Cheerleading Camp, and their staff members, sub-contractors, sponsors, agents, and affiliates from all present and future claims that may be made by the Participant or me, my family, estate, heirs, or assigns for property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death arising as a result of the Participant's participation in the camp and caused by the ordinary negligence of the parties listed above, wherever, whenever, or however the same may occur. I understand and agree that those listed above are not responsible for any injury or property damage arising out of the camp, even if caused by their ordinary negligence. I understand that participation in the camp involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, serious injury. I am voluntarily allowing the Participant to participate in the camp with knowledge of the danger involved and agree to accept all risks of such participation. I certify that the Participant is in excellent physical health, and may participate in strenuous and hazardous physical activities, including the cheerleading to be played in the camp. Permission is granted for Participant to receive emergency medical treatment, if needed. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless those listed above for all claims arising out of Participant's participation in the camp and all related activities. I agree to let the parties use Participant's name and likeness free of charge in any manner and for any purpose without compensation to me or Participant. I understand that this document is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state in which the camp is taking place and agree that if any portion of the Agreement is invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect. I am the parent or legal guardian of the Participant. I am of legal age and am freely signing this Agreement. I have read this form and understand that by signing this form, I am giving up legal rights and remedies. I represent that I am a parent/legal guardian of the child named above and I agree that the terms of this release are binding on me and the Child.
CAMP DATES & TIMES
Monday July 10, 2017 to Thursday July 13, 2017
Camp will begin each night at 6:00pm and end at 8:00pm
Campers can arrive early as coaches & instructors usually arrive around 5:30pm

HOW TO ENROLL?

- EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION - Prior to June 15, 2017 the pre-camp enrollment fee $75.00.
Registrants after June 15, 2017 are required to pay the full $100.00 camp fee.
- Payment can be made by check, money order, or credit card. On-line registration requires the use of a credit card.
- Checks can be made payable to the Northland Youth Cheerleading Camp.
- Be sure to complete all information required on the forms, including parental signature.
- Once you have registered, we will send a confirmation. Payment may be made using a credit card, check, or money order. Final payment is due before July 10, 2017. Early Bird Enrollment Fee is $75.00. Registrants after June 15, 2017 are required to pay the full camp fee of $75.00. When full payment is received, we will send complete camp details via email one week before the camp via email. There is a $20.00 service charge for any returned check.
ELIGIBILITY - WHO CAN ATTEND?
The Northland Cheerleading Camp curriculum conforms to all pre-high school and high school regulations governing cheerleading.
Our targeted audience for this camp are kids entering the Kindergarten thru 8th grades (Ages 5-14).
All cheerleaders from any league, team, or division in the city or out of town are welcome to attend. The camp also welcomes new cheerleaders who have never cheered, as the camp gives you an opportunity to see how you match up against kids your own age and if cheerleading is right for you before you make a commitment to cheer on a team.
CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing to the Northland Youth Cheerleading Camp, either by email or postal mail. Refunds will only be allowed if received by the Northland Youth Cheerleading Camp no later than July 1, 2017. Refunds after July 1, 2017 will depend on the situation, however the Northland Cheerleading Camp does not guarantee that a refund will be issued after July 1, 2017.
If a refund is given, your credit card will be credited or a check will be mailed to you for the camp enrollment fee.
